Welcome to VistaPort. By accessing or using our services, including bookings, listings, scanning, or marketing of properties, vehicles, boats, venues, and other items ("Items"), you agree to the following terms.
VistaPort creates photos, videos, 3D scans, VR walkthroughs, drone footage, and marketing material. We do not negotiate sales or act as estate agents.
Users confirm they have the legal right to request filming or scanning of any Item submitted.
Direct damages are limited to €500. VistaPort is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
All content created by VistaPort remains our intellectual property. Clients receive a licence for marketing and selling their Item.
Cancellations should be made early. Repeated no-shows may incur a fee.
User data is handled according to our Privacy and Cookie policies.

We reserve the right to remove Items that violate Maltese law or company rules.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
