What is a 3D virtual tour?
A 3D virtual tour is an immersive digital experience that allows viewers to explore a space remotely. Using advanced scanning technology, we create a detailed digital twin of your property that users can navigate 24/7 from any device, giving them the feeling of actually being there.
How long does a scan take?
The scanning process typically takes 1-3 hours depending on the size of the property. Our consultation fee of €160 includes scanning of properties up to 150m². For larger properties, an additional €0.50 per m² applies.
What equipment do you use?
We use state-of-the-art Matterport cameras and technology to capture your space in stunning detail. This ensures the highest quality 3D scans with accurate measurements and beautiful visuals.
Can viewers take measurements in the virtual tour?
Yes! Our 3D tours include built-in measurement tools that allow viewers to measure walls, furniture placement, and any other dimensions they need. This is especially useful for real estate and commercial properties.
Do I need to download an app to view the tour?
No app is required. All our virtual tours work directly in web browsers on any device - desktop, tablet, or mobile phone. Simply share the link and viewers can explore immediately.
How quickly will my tour be ready after scanning?
After the scanning session, your virtual tour will typically be ready within 2-3 business days. Premium packages with additional features may take slightly longer to process.
Can I embed the tour on my own website?
Absolutely! All our hosting plans include a branded embedded link that you can add to your website, social media, or property listings. This allows seamless integration with your existing marketing.
What happens when my hosting subscription renews?
Your hosting subscription auto-renews automatically — monthly or annually depending on the plan you chose. You'll receive a receipt from Stripe on each renewal. If you decide to cancel, you can do so anytime from your Stripe billing portal and your tour will stay online until the end of the current billing period.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch between the monthly (€19/mo) and annual (€144/yr) plan at any time from your Stripe billing portal. Switching to annual locks in a lower effective rate — just €12/mo — and the change takes effect at your next renewal.
Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?
Yes! Loyalty discounts apply automatically to your hosting subscription: 10% off when you have 3 –5 active tours, and 15% off for 6–10 active tours. Additional properties also receive reduced per-property rates — +€9/mo (monthly plan) or +€72/yr (annual plan) each.
