Extra Floor Area
€0.50 per m² over 150 m²
Properties larger than 150 m² are charged €0.50 for every additional square metre. So a 200 m² property = €160 + €25 = €185.

Frequently Asked Questions
Hosting is a recurring Stripe subscription — monthly or annual — that auto-renews until you cancel. The base hosting fee is €19/month or €144/year for the first property. Each additional property adds €9/mo on the monthly plan, or €6/mo (€72/yr) on the annual plan. You can cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal. The scan fee and any add-ons (photos, tags, etc.) are charged once at the time of booking.
Yes. Each property is a separate scan order. You can return and book another scan whenever you like. Returning clients with 3 or more active tours also benefit from automatic hosting discounts.
Your 3D tour goes live within 48 hours of your scan appointment. We'll process and host it — you'll receive a notification with your tour link when it's ready.
We are based in Malta and cover all of Malta and Gozo. For international projects, please contact us to discuss options.
